PRINCE2 for Real (CD-ROM)

ILX Group’s implementing PRINCE2™ for Real™ route map will help guide your organisation through your PRINCE2™ implementation. With sample templates, a health check product and a Project Management Guidebook that you can edit and make your own, this is a valuable tool to have in place – before, during and after your implementation.

The route map has been developed in line with the OGC PRINCE2™ Maturity Model (P2MM) and Portfolio, Programme and Project Maturity Model (P3M3), which focuses on the organisation gaining accreditation rather than individuals. • Route Map
  A manual providing a step by step guide on the ILX Group’s proven approach to implementing PRINCE2™. It covers four key management stages of Review, Development, Transition and Assessment. The main aim of these stages is initially to highlight the good and the bad in your project management processes and then to put a plan in place to improve them. At the end of all four stages you will be able to assess and measure the progress made.
• Guidebook
  The guidebook is PRINCE2™, P2MM and P3M3 compliant and is written in an easy to read, non bureaucratic style. Its main aim is to give you an insight into how to create your own in-house guidebook to reflect your organisation’s tailored approach to the method.
